ISGF INTERVIEW FORM

Consistency is key in recruitment, whether you are a new recruiter or a seasoned veteran, using the ISGF Interview form for every interview will always ensure a proper interview. Each section focuses on a specific area related to the candidate’s past, current, or future profession or factors that may influence it.

In Bullhorn there will be some questions bolded and others italicized. 

  • The bolded questions are required to ask. They could be client requested interview questions or questions the Account Manager has specifically required to be completed prior to submission.
  • The italicized questions are strategic questions and optional to ask on the initial interview. Throughout the recruitment process these questions can be asked whether you are preparing the candidate for the interview, debriefing the candidate from an interview, or pre-closing the candidate.
