Asking your candidate for information on their career successes not only help you with writing their MPC, it also gives the hiring manager an opportunity to learn more about what they have done and what their potential is for adding value to the organization.

These highlights can be included in a cover letter and a resume. The details of such successes are usually discussed in an interview.

What have you achieved that has allowed you to stand out amongst others?
How have you added value or made your company money?
What have you implemented that now saves your company time, money, or increases in workflow?
