PRE-CLOSE THE CANDIDATE

Subtly pre-close your candidate on every call. During your conversations, incorporate the candidate’s motivating factors by discussing aspects of the opportunity that your candidate would value. Consistently applying this technique will allow you to remind the candidate that the opportunity matches what they are looking for without them realizing you are doing it.
