INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE

A candidate who uses inappropriate language with you during an interview can be a red flag, suggesting that the candidate lacks respect. In most cases you can coach the candidate on proper interview edict, but if the cursing persist it can be a clear sign that you are talking to the wrong candidate. The best way to avoid any confusion with this is for you to also use appropriate language when speaking to a potential candidate.
