When a candidate is requesting a pay rate above what an opportunity offers, ensure that they are considering everything that the job is offering. There are a number of factors that play into determining an appropriate bill rate for an opportunity. Things like benefits, flex work hours, remote work options, and length of contract all play a part. When negotiation rates with your candidate make sure that they are taking into account all aspects of the job.
