ABOUT THE COURSE

The purpose of this course is to introduce you to the mission, vision and core values of our company. These are the pillars to success in growing in your roles and careers. You will gain a great deal of information and we hope that you will retain much of that information through different learning methodologies such as; discussions, group activities, and self-reflection.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Understand the history of ISGF and explain our brand difference
  • Schedule and plan activities to accomplish achieving minimum performance standards
  • Perform Full Desk Recruiting activities and responsibilities
  • Effectively use the tools to perform recruitment and sales activities

FIRST 90 DAYS

Your first 2 weeks will be highly guided learning with a facilitator. The instructional methods are designed to provide you with the following:

  • Knowledge of the industry
  • Knowledge of the job
  • Immersive exercises to build your skills
  • Practical application performing job duties

Your third week will be performing the job duties with frequent coaching sessions to help increase your speed to production. After your initial month you will receive weekly coaching sessions and regular training sessions to refine your skills.
