In recruiting, Direct-Hire and Contract, job relocation can be risky, particularly when dealing with someone who has never done it before. When a candidate says that they are open to relocating for a role you need to make sure that the candidate has considered all aspects involved with a move including selling or renting their current home, breaking their lease, changing their kids school, etc.
