When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. The best plan is to prepare and script are a great base line to learn from as you master your presentation skills and prepare you for success right out of the gate. By no means is the script the only words you will use on the phone, however, it does provide you a roadmap to follow as you fine tune yourself in becoming a great recruiter.

Most of our prospecting when sourcing candidates will happen over the phone. To ensure you are able to put your best foot forward it requires a good understanding on the importance of your voice quality over the phone and how it differs from face to face interactions.
