When speaking to your candidate ensure that they remain interested in the role. If the candidate starts losing interest you may need to spend a little extra time promoting the opportunity and the company. In addition, also relay this information to the Account Manager. If the candidate is losing interest due to slow feedback, as a representative of the client, it may help to have the Account Manager reach out to the candidate to give them a little reassurance.
