BAD MOUTHING EMPLOYER

It is natural for a candidate to feel comfortable with you and subsequently divulge information to you that they would not to a client. This is a double edge sword because we want to gather as much information as posable but talking bad about a current or past employer is a red flag. The determining factors are, how much the candidate says about them and if you can coach the candidate on proper interview edict.
