PLACEMENTS & EQC

As a Recruiter, your job doesn’t just end after booking a placement. In contract, your responsibility to the placement continues throughout the entire time your candidate is on assignment.

Even before the first day your candidate starts their new job you will begin conducting employee quality checks (EC). The purpose of these checks is to ensure that your candidate is happy with their new assignment, forecast any issues that may occur, and gather inside information that could lead to future business.

Employee Quality Checks should be conducted:

  • The day before the candidate starts
  • At the end of the candidate’s first day
  • At the end of the candidate’s first week
  • At the end of the candidate’s second week
  • Every three weeks thereafter until end of contract

The EQC Checklist should be referenced during every EQC call to your candidate to ensure that all pertinent topics are covered. After the EQC call is complete, log an EQC note in Bullhorn.

EQC CHECKLIST

The purpose of the EQC Checklist form is to make sure that all relevant information is collected during the EQC call. The EQC Checklist for is divided in to two sections, the top section relates to the candidate, and the bottom section is for the Client. Remember that a EQC call is not only to confirm that everything is going well with your candidate, EQC calls are also a great way to gather information about the client to see if there is an opportunity for new business or new candidates to represent.
