When interviewing a candidate, it’s always helpful to gather specific examples of accomplishment and achievements throughout that candidate’s career. Doing this will help you better sell that candidate to clients. If a candidate is unable to provide you with a few examples highlights in their career, there may be something wrong. With that being said, steady eddies make the world go round, and if that is all the client is needing, you have no issues. This mainly comes into play when your client is expecting someone to take charge and make things happen.
