INTERVIEW NOTES

Throughout the ISGF interview, it is absolutely critical that you take detailed notes. You have a few options as to how you document these interview notes depending on your personal preference.

One way is to write directly on the ISGF Interview Form, the candidate’s resume, and/or note paper. If this is the method you choose, you then must scan all your notes and upload them to the “Files” section on the candidate’s Bullhorn record. Before uploading to Bullhorn, the scanned file should be saved as a PDF and titled “Candidate Name-Interview Notes”, example: Jane Doe-Interview notes.

In addition, you still need to add a note to the candidate’s record highlighting the key points of the interview and stating that full notes can be found in the files section. The action for this note should be “ISGF Interview”.

Your other option is to type your notes directly into the “Add Note” section of the candidate’s record using the note template “ISGF INTERVIEW FORM”.

For more information on adding a file to a candidate record or using note templets, see section titled “Bullhorn”.
