NEGOTIATING PAY

Negotiating pay rates can be tricky, in this section we will cover a few tips and tricks to help you navigate your way through the process. You always have to remember that candidates always have a pay range and they will almost always initially tell you the top of that range.

The goal is not to pay candidate as little as possible, the goal is to pay them what is fair based on their level of experience and the opportunity. Often times it just takes putting things in perspective for them to see that, what they are requesting, maybe a little high.
