PEER-TO-PEER MICRO-RECOGNITION

Bonusly is a peer-to-peer micro-recognition tool used to recognize your coworkers for going above and beyond or achieving something great. Every month you are given 100 “Brakatoos”, these Brakatoos hold a monetary value and can be given away to whomever you believe deserves them.

Everyone in the office has the ability to gift Brakatoos which means you also have the ability to collect them. Brakatoos can be saved and cashed out for hundreds of various items including, charitable donations, gift cards, ISGF swag, and products ranging from an Amazon Echo to a brand new Mercedes Benz.

Gift Brakatoos

To give away your Brakatoos, first, log into Bonusly. Once on the main page, at the top of the screen, you will see a box to enter the information needed to send your Brakatoos to someone. In this box, you will need to select how many Brakatoos you wish to give away, who you want to send them to, why you are sending them, and a hashtag related to the transfer.

You can also attach a GIF or picture of your choosing.
